Terms of Use

Effective date: 1 March 2025

These Terms of Use govern access to the Naturalflorarege website and participation in our educational programmes. By using the site, making an enquiry, or attending a session, you agree to these terms.

1. Informational nature of the website

All website content is general educational material only. It does not constitute medical, psychological, physiotherapy, dietetic, or other regulated professional advice, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for qualified care.

2. Accuracy and Fair Trading

We aim to make sure information on the site is clear, accurate, and not misleading, consistent with the Fair Trading Act 1986. If any material becomes inaccurate, we may correct or remove it without notice.

3. Use of the website

You may use this website for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You must not attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the site or misuse any forms or contact methods.

4. Bookings, enquiries, and programmes

Programme descriptions are summaries only and may change from time to time. Availability, session formats, and pricing should be confirmed directly with us before booking. Participation in any programme is voluntary and subject to your own judgement about suitability.

5. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights you may have under New Zealand consumer law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where it applies. Any limitations in these terms operate only to the extent permitted by law.

6. Refunds and cancellations

Refund and cancellation expectations are set out in our separate Refunds and Cancellations page, which forms part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website content, copy, branding, and design elements belong to Naturalflorarege. You may not reproduce or republish them without permission.

8. Third-party content and links

We may link to third-party websites or services for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of those third parties.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability for loss arising from reliance on general website content, interruption of the website, or participation in educational sessions. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
