Step 1: Contact us directly

If you have a concern about a session, booking, accessibility issue, website content, privacy matter, or advertising claim, please contact us first at service@naturalflorarege.world. Please include enough detail for us to understand the issue.

Step 2: Internal review

We aim to acknowledge complaints promptly and review them fairly. Where appropriate, we may request additional details or propose a practical resolution.

Privacy complaints

If your complaint relates to personal information, we will review it in line with our Privacy Policy and New Zealand privacy law. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner if needed.

Consumer information

We aim to present services accurately and transparently. Nothing on this site is intended to exclude rights that may arise under the Fair Trading Act 1986 or the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where applicable.

Advertising concerns

If you believe an advertising or website statement is unclear or misleading, please let us know. We prefer to correct wording quickly rather than leave ambiguous claims online.
